Bootcamp FAQ

What should I bring?

 

A water bottle, sneakers, light jacket in case it is windy . Optional sweat towel and yoga mat. Snacks are always a good idea too!

 

What will the workout be like?

The workout will be 45 minutes long and look like this:

5-10 minutes dynamic warmup/stretching

15-20 minutes strength training (squats, pushups, planks)

10-15 minutes high intensity interval training (jumping, running, burpees)

5 minute cooldown

 

We will end with an optional 10-15 minute yoga flow for those who wish to stay.
