Demystify macros and meal planning. No more second guessing how much to eat. I believe in an "all foods fit" approach to nutrition. No cutting out entire food groups. No off-limits foods.

The Self-Directed Tour. 

You will receive a custom macronutrient plan based on your health goals and fitness level. This plan includes an example single day menu that would fit your macros. The plan also includes recommendations for meal timing, and meal prep strategies.

I will review a 2 week food journal with you in a single, 1 hour session. You will leave the session with greater clarity on food choices, meal timing and ways to improve your overall nutritional status.

We will work together closely to fine-tune your nutrition habits. This 3-month package includes everything in the first tiers, in addition to weekly accountability check-ins. This package can help you if you've tried unsuccessfully to make changes in the past, struggle with accountability, need help managing a medical condition, or are looking to make a serious life change.
