The bootcamp will take place all summer long on the green at Mary O'Malley State Park.
Come start your weekends with us! You can expect to increase your work capacity, while building muscle and strength.
Our process has been built through years of trial and error. Unlike most cookie-cutter workouts, we employ scientific principles that work and get REAL RESULTS. The classes will focus around HIIT style workouts using body weight, battle ropes, kettlebells, maces, agility ladders, slam balls, and the environment to give you a killer body sculpting workout. Don't lose your spot.
